Amma held a public programme at Shinde High School Grounds in Sahakar Nagar, Pune.
Padmashri Dr. Vijay P. Bhatkar, eminent computer scientist and Chairman of ETH Ltd. addressed the crowd. Amma distributed new sewing machines and pensions to the needy. G.P. Panse, the department chairman of NCL, released a Marati edition of On the Road to Freedom.
